Using our environmentally friendly emission retorts at the farm in Sussex, we craft the British BBQ charcoal range ethically. Using the same natural mix of hardwood's sourced from managed woodlands that we use for our firewood logs, we make our Sustainable British Lump-wood Charcoal. Charcoal lumps are about 2-5cm in size, resulting in delightfully flavoursome high-heat charcoal. Smaller BBQs and searing can be accomplished with this product, which will result in shorter cooking times.
