Lovely low chair for use in a smaller tent. Really comfortable as you can lay with legs stretched out and use to soak up the rays on a sunny day. Service provided was outstanding. Cut off for next day delivery is 12 noon; I phoned at nearly 1pm, and was told by a lovely friendly voice that yes, that'd be fine, they'd send it out right now. It arrived promptly the next day - well packaged, which was just as well, as the couriers had been rather rough with it. But the oven is great, just what I wanted, the price was the best I could find, and the service superb.

We bought an electric cooler on the way to our camping holiday. We travelled all the way there to find that the cooler had been wrongly packed by the manufacturer and was missing the electric cable. Bought 2 of these annexes from Camperite. Great addition to the main annex for the teenagers to sleep in. The service from Camperite was excellent. This awning offers excellent value for money and was brought to our attention by Dave at the show earlier this month. We wanted an awning that could be used for short stays particularly in the autumn/winter when there is a chance you take it down wet and need to dry it at home. This will allow us to house all our usual awning stuff and not compromise the space in the caravan. Thanks to Dave for being honest, meeting our needs when we would have spent two/three times the cost on an alternative.

Cooker is brilliant, if almost too powerful! Far superior to cheapo one we had before. Boils kettle quick fast. What I really want to say though is very impressed with service. I was let down by major camping store and googled Camperite - they didn't let me down and delivered next day just in time for my trip. Email communication was 1st class and you knew what was happening every step of the process. Good customer service is getting harder to come by these days and it's refreshing to have someone who cares. I will definitely be looking them up first next time.

I did find one supplier who had some, but they were obviously taking advantage of the shortage in supply and were charging silly money. I then found your website. So... You have a good customer service/experience - you tell 1 person. You have a bad experience you put it on Facebook so everyone knows right? Well this one's different, this is 5 years of GOOD customer service/experience. Me and the missus have been going here for 5+ years. First time we went was for odds and sods like you do, pegs, gas and so on. Next time we went we spotted the Vango Maritsa and were impressed, the missus pulls out a slush fund I didn't know existed and said 'we could buy this' and we did. First time we used the tent we spotted a problem - I thought 'here we go... I'm not going to go anywhere with this'. I phoned Camperite, explained the problem and got told 'Bring it back and I'll swap it for another'... That's exactly what happened... A no hassle swap. So we kept going back, we like this shop. We then buy a table with telescopic legs, use it a few times over a year and the legs stop locking in place. The next time we visited I said about the table legs not locking, didn't expect anything to happen as it's over a year later but got told 'Bring it in, I get the gist of what you're saying, I'll have a look'.

I took it back and they fixed it (no charge). Camping last year, I have black smoke coming out of my gas powered fridge, it's not cold in the fridge any more. So I phoned Camperite 'Empty your fridge, leave it upside down for a few hours to get rid of the air lock' - they saved my food. And then, last weekend we went to the Caravan and Camping show to look at a specific 2016 tent - I was made an offer there. So I phoned Camperite 'Mate, I'm the guy that comes to see you every so often yeah?, this is what's on the table at this show, I want to buy from you though'. I was straight up with what I had been offered. I didn't get any 'erm' or 'well' over the phone, I got 'I know who you are - you keep coming to us - I'll sort that for you'. I wanted them to take my card details over the phone to show my commitment to them but they didn't want to take them (I would of taken them to take me out of the market place, but they obviously trust me). Today I picked up my new tent... And some other bits like you do and probably don't really need. All you ever want from a shop sometimes is a bit of support right? Well I've had that on a few occasions now. How many places don't actually give you that? A lot.

Now these are not big stories here but the point is it's how they have treated me - they've treated me well enough for me to take 45 mins to write this. And this is ME giving that support back to Camperite. These guys are helpful, friendly, positive, realistic, sensible, supportive, knowledgeable, understanding, informative, competitive.

During the last five years I also visited a national chain that sells camping goods and has a sale on every single day. I purchased a camping chair. Within six months the stitching came apart. I took it back. I got told it was wear and tear and didn't get anywhere.

These guys are brilliant.. The service is 5 star. I ordered 2 Kampa Wideboy 10s; they got delivered within 1 working day. Only to find when unpacking for a test run that 1 had a rip in it. Sent them a message on Facebook at 10.30 in the night had a message back at 7.25 the following morning and by the time business opened my replacement was boxed and ready to be shipped. Hi, I thought I would write a few words to say how brilliant your company is. Very knowledge staff and great advice. We were due to go camping and wanted to have some comfortable chairs. After frantically searching the internet, I suddenly remembered about your company and checked the internet for your website. Fortunately you do have a e-commerce website and the chairs and I quickly ordered the chairs and that process was straight forward. I had confirmation e-mail straightaway and later that day the order was dispatched. The courier you use seem to track exactly where my order was and when this was going to be delivered in an hour slot. Also via the courier website there were options to leave the parcel in a safe place with a neighbour or on a different day! I was impressed firstly how quickly the order was taken processed and delivered, and I am the proud owner of two chairs to which will be used for camping. Your company slogan big enough to compete...small enough to care is spot on. The level of customer care is first rate. Why don't other companies operate that way. I will be letting my friends know about Camperite and certainly will be top of my list for camping equipment.
