The Dometic Ace AIR Pro 500 S is fitted with dual keder strip to allow this awning to fit both caravans and motors-homes with an awning rail height between 235 and 265cm.

The ground-breaking versatility of our Ace AIR Pro 500 S enables it to fit a variety of leisure vehicles. Thanks to its patented Multi-Height System, the inflatable static awning can be used with both caravans and motorhomes with a keder connection that's adjustable to various heights. Simply unzip the gusseted side panel, peg the awning down to fine tune the fitment, then close the internal zips to hide any excess material.
The shaped front panels not only look good but provide extra interior space with a depth of 325 cm. Moving inside the awning, the view out is spectacular with large panoramic windows and skylights providing plenty of light during the day and a view of the stars at night.
The windows all have curtains on easy run track. All the panels can be zipped out of the awning or lowered at the top and used ‘veranda’ style, the awning has the new Dual pitch roof which provides even more stability and improved head height at the front of the awning, it also now has been fitted with an additional zip so that you can use the mesh panels in addition to the verandah doors in hot weather.
Furthermore, an optional annexe can replace either of the side panels - or both. The Ace AIR uses the Pro Weathershield® Pro material which looks stunning on your caravan and is durable and weather resistant.
If weight is an issue the wall panels can be removed so that it’s only necessary to feed the roof through the awning rail and then simply zip the panels back in.
IMPORTANT: Dometic Static Air Awnings Do Not fit converted high top vans (Ford Transit, Mercedes Sprinter, VW Crafter etc), or other vans with the side sliding door that goes all the way to the roof join, even if fitted with wind out awning. These have all been tested and unfortunately will not fit, we recommend the Dometic Drive-Away awning range for that range of vehicles.

I ordered this awning after waiting over 7 months for a SunnCamp Icon Air. Not the suppliers fault but I thought enough was enough. I came across this one that was in stock and ready to go. The people I spoke to at the store were great. Any question k had they had a answer to right then and there. I placed the order late on Friday and it turned up Tuesday. The awning is a really good size for our Elddis Avante. Just enough room on the rail. The quality is brilliant. I would definitely recommend using a Silicom spray on your rail as this awning is pretty heavy to pull through... Our first time took around 40 mins from start to finish but I'm sure we'll get that time down. Don't keep looking for other ones just order it. The only small moan about it if you could call it that is the fly screens for door ways are an added extra and for this price I though they could have been included. Apart from that 5 out 5 from me

After a long search to find this awning the very helpful people at Camperite said they had it in stock but i had missed the pallet dispatch - true to their word it arrived the day after and in time for the Bank Holiday weekend. Excellent customer service throughout and happy to recommend. One point to note thats not the fault of Camperite - Dometic now ship awnings with no draught skirt for the side of caravans - its an optional extra - which is disappointing at this price point.
