The Carri Chef 50 is recognised as the ultimate modular gas barbecue. Features
The Carri Chef 50 BBQ / Chef Pan Combo comes complete with a ceramic coated BBQ Grid 50 and Chef Pan 50, multiplying your cooking options. A removable pot stand is also included, along with a convenient utility tray for condiment and tool storage.
The porcelain enamelled fat pan has flame peep holes to keep a check on the flame during cooking. When you have finished cooking simply life the fat pan off for easy cleaning. The dome lid, with stay-cool handle and thermometer, also hooks onto the back of the BBQ to act as a wind protector.
With a separate storage bag, do not let its portability deceive you, this barbecue reigns supreme.
Your gas supply
The Cadac Carri Chef 50 barbecues will run off either Butane or Propane gas, which regulates between 28-30mBar (Butane) and 37mBar (Propane).
We don’t supply a regulator and hose with any of our barbecues. As they can be run from multiple gas sources there isn’t one single regulator which can be used for all the different gas sources. Therefore our regulator and hoses are sold separately, so that our customers can make sure they have one that is appropriate to their gas source.
